How long does the warranty last?
Our standard warranty covers up to 12 months from the date of installation.What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies only to parts installed by DMC and covers faults or defects in those components under normal use.Who provides the warranty?
Warranty coverage is provided by DMC and may also include a manufacturer-backed warranty on specific components.What’s not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:Damage caused by weather, accidents, or misuse
Acts of God or force majeure events (e.g., storms, lightning, power surges)
Systems or components not installed by DMC
Any work carried out by third parties
Tampering with the system
Is maintenance required to keep the warranty valid?
Yes. Maintenance must be carried out by DMC at least once every 6 months. This service is not included in the installation price and is billed separately. Service agreements are available upon request.Can I get repairs or replacements after the warranty expires?
Absolutely. We offer paid repair and replacement services for all systems, including those outside the warranty period.Do I need to register my system or keep any paperwork to claim the warranty?
DMC registers all installed systems internally, but we recommend keeping your invoice as proof of installation for your records. -
